Investigating - Teachers using Single Sign-On to log into the Outlier LMS from Realize become stuck during the registration process and are unable to access the LMS. Testing Is Largely Unaffected: Thousands of students are testing successfully across the country right now. The platform is stable for the vast majority of users. Minor and Isolated Connectivity Issues: A small number of districts have reported connectivity issues this morning. These are isolated cases—not a system-wide problem. Because of this, we are adding language to the DM home page. We're Actively Troubleshooting: Our technical team is already on it. We’ve identified the issue and are working on a resolution. In many cases, it’s as simple as a local browser or caching issue. No Pause Needed: At this time, there’s no need to pause testing. The system remains operational, and disruptions are limited in scope. Quick Fix Available: If a user experiences an issue, clearing cache and cookies often resolves it immediately. Our support team is ready to assist with quick guidance. We’re Proactively Monitoring: This is a top priority. We’re monitoring things closely and will continue to provide updates as needed.
